Ask Questions, Get Answers
Today's post is going to be short on my thoughts but huge for journaling and getting clear on who you are and what you want in life.
Rule number 1 when trying to change your mindset: If you don't ask questions, you'll never get answers.
Answering the questions below will help you to find out all of the things that bring you joy so that you make time to focus on them more throughout the year. These answer will help you to identify things that you should be saying no to, in order to make the time you need for what brings you joy. Some of these questions might be similar to ones I've posted before, but it never hurts to answer them again and think about them while in a different mood.
Ready to make ask questions and get answers? Let's go...
What brings you joy?
What makes you feel accomplished?
What would you like to learn?
What would you like to share or teach to others?
What would you like to experience?
What about last year made you happy?
How can you do more of that this year?
Do you feel fulfilled in life or does it feel like something is missing?
What are you proud of?
How would your day improve if you loved yourself and were proud of yourself instead of judging yourself or using negative self talk?
How would your life change if you stopped striving for perfection and just did things with passion to share them?
What if you rested more and worried that you were not hustling enough less?
What if you live this year like next year didn't exist?
What would you do?
2022 needs to be the year that you ask questions so that you can get clear on what you want. It needs to be the year that you stop comparing and judging yourself. It needs to be the year that you love yourself more and show yourself how proud you are for showing up every day. It needs to be the year that you stop putting the happiness and needs of others first, while ignoring your own. It needs to be the year that you stop trying to find peace and happiness in outside things and other people. The only place you can find peace is within yourself.
Let's make this the year of small things that can equal the biggest rush of happiness you've ever felt!
